Vodacom Sandton City Mall SAD Letdown!!

I first went to the Vodacom Sandton City Mall store in August 2019 to Port from a rival network. I was excited to join Vodacom after I was told it had better, efficient coverage and the best Customer Service. I was met with friendly staff and left with the assurance that everything went well so there were smiles all round. Unfortunately the Consultant botched the Port by giving me someone else's number and blocking mine which I only discovered after facing a life threatening situation when people couldn't get through to my number. I also started getting Vodacom notifications for things I didn't sign up for. After much back and forth, Zonke from the store managed to get things back to normal;or so I thought. I started noticing a discrepancy in airtime but thought it was a glitch but when it kept on into November and December, I decided to call the Vodacom Sandton City Mall store to ask Zonke about it. I called the store several times from Friday 20 December and each time I was told she was busy, on lunch or off to the toilet. I kept leaving messages telling them it was urgent as it concerned clarity over the Sim card and as a result I cannot recharge and had to call from a rival network's number. I expressed my frustration & begged for someone to assist. After my 5th call, I finally got a call from someone named Natalia who assured me she could help and would call me back - she didn't! I then called YET again on Saturday and she told me that I would definitely get a call by Thursday or Friday from the Call Centre. I asked what I should do if noone called. She was very firm in telling me someone will call. No one called. Christmas Day was that Wednesday so I couldn't share in the Festive greetings nor wishes for the New Year because my issue hasn't been sorted. Vodacom staff I trusted either ignored or **** to me. It's a week into the New Year and I've gone from utter frustration, helplessness to absolute disappointment. I feel discriminated against. Why am I not valued as a customer?

Vodacom has made no attempt whatsoever to contact me and resolve this. I am truly disappointed and can't recharge to make calls.
