VODACOM SANDTON CITY IS USELESSS!!!!!!!STAY AWAY EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I bought a phone form Vodacom Sandton City on Friday 26 August/. The new phone was supposed to be a contract so my sim needed to be convereted from prepaid to contract. 12 DAYS LATER, this has still not been done! And I continue to uincur prepaid costs on the phone which Vodacom has not reimbursed me for!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one at VODACOM can tell me what is going on and why there is this problem. I am so sick and tired of their nonsense. I am retrunign the phone and moving to MTN today!</p>
