Vodacom Sandton City

Purchased an adapter from Vodacom Sandton City store. A few hours later I realized it wasn’t the right one and my husband purchased one elsewhere. The next morning I went back to Vodacom Sandton City to return it for a refund. It was still untouched in the original packaging with a receipt. I was told they do not offer refunds I could only exchange it for another item. Completely ridiculous that there is a no returns policy unless it’s faulty. As someone coming from overseas it feels like ******ion and leaves a very poor taste. I would absolutely never recommend Vodacom to anyone after this. A completely unreasonable policy.
