VODACOM /SAMSUNG(?)are rotten.

I refer to my previous review. (RE: ********** 869) I was contacted by Samsung yesterday who promised to follow up. No response as yet. I had another message and then call from Vodacom yesterday and I requested to speak to the guy whom I spoke to the 5th time I took my phone in still experiencing all of the 7 faults I complained about the first tie 10 days after I had purchased it cash from them and renewed my contract. He promisesd to phone me back within 5 minutes which he of course never did. When I phoned back to speak to him he had vanished into thin air!!! I spoke to a lady who said that she was sitting with yet another letter from JHB about my phone stating that they could not find a hardware or software fault with it and that she was writing to them as we spoke to return it to JHB for the 6th time for repair!!! I could ******!!!!! I said to her that there will be NO way that I would accept it back, I insist on a brand new out of the box phone. I am 73 years old, still run a private business and don't have time to fight back and forth for the 6th time over the last 5 months! She just told me that she was sending it back again to JHB for assessment??? The last time I went in I was given an old loan phone which is giving me almost as many problems as the one they have been sending back and forth. I have again reverted to my daughter's old iPhone which is not what I am used to (I have been using Samsung phones now for the recent almost 5 years. I know the Android system very well. WHAT MUST I DO???? All this time I have been paying my account with a debit order and they are just sitting pretty! On all the statements I received from them when it was handed in again and again it distinctly says: "This device has never been active on the Vodacom network. This device is not a specific needs device" The EMEI no is the unique number that is given to each phone that is dispatched. Is that because I paid cash for the phone and am only paying the contract monthly?? Yes, so I have been paying the monthly bill by debit order (like all the years before) since I upgraded and bought the phone and contract since 1 September 2018 without ANY use of the phone? PLEASE W H A T must I do? Would you be prepared to take back the same phone after all this?? In fact I have not even had it back for the past almost three weeks. VODACOM STINKS
