Vodacom Samsung vouchers

Vodacom advertises a R250 Samsung voucher for a Samsung product when you purchase certain Samsung phones. Try and cash this voucher in ? its impossible. Vodacom sends you to Samsung who sends you back to Vodacom who then says its only to buy certain Samsung products.

I tried to buy a Samsung car charger and was told its only to buy cellphone covers. Just get it right ..... don't offer something if you unable to fulfill the promise.
