Vodacom Samsung Galaxy S7 Wireless Charger

I got the Samsung Galaxy S7 on contract from Vodacom due to the advertised deal of getting a free wireless charger. I could have bought the phone with cash but the Vodacom deal of getting a wireless charger made me take-out the contract. I got the phone on 11 March 2016 but I am still waiting for the wireless charger. I phone the Cresta Vodacom store twice a week and they keep on promising that they will receive the charger by next week. It has been more than a month now and I still do not have the promised wireless charger. Vodacom owes me the advertised free Samsung wireless charger.
