Vodacom & samsung failed to deliver on a deal ...

Paying for a subscription and denied by samsung for advertised gifts after Vodacom failed to deliver a handset, I had to drive to the warehouse that does not have a good road to travel on & so I drove to the guys who said they had delivered but did not. What is the circumstance when a courier sends false notification to Vodacom on the 18th of December? & the item was still at the warehouse of skynet on the 20th of December, Vodacom online charged me for a delivery fee and now ? Due to vodacom's delay ? Where is the promise of the deal as advertised ? Can you keep up to what we have agreed upon? Vodacom has to supplicate me with those advertised items that Vodacom delayed & Vodacom charged as I was well within my duration of the upgrade. During the 25th and 8th December
