Vodacom, same lies and promises

Just an update,nobody got in touch with me regarding the issue. I spoke to vodacom via Facebook, I was told they would get back to me or a consultant would contact me. I haven't received no calls, I've made peace with the situation. Vodacom is all talk no action. I urge the public to not support such companies.
