Vodacom Salespersons untrained

We bought a Huawei Pura 70 phone at Vodacom Tygervalley Centre. My husband alway buys CAT Phones due to the strenght of the phone.The salesperson promised this Huawei phone can drop from a builing and even take a knock with a hammer, the screen will never break. One month later the screen had a small crack. We took the phone back to our Local Vodacom shop, the phone were send away for weeks, returned with a quotation to fix the phone of R7100.00. We will not pay to have the phone fixed as this salesperson promised the world about this phone. We would like Vodacom to train the salespersons property and to take responsibility for the phone and repair it at Vodacom's expenses. Hope and trust Vodacom will respond to this email
