Vodacom sales: the biggest joke in telecommunication

On the 15th of March I opened a brand new contract with vodacoms online service. I was informed that it would take 3 to 5 business days for my brand new phone to reach me. I received a phone call on the 17th during this phone call my address was confirmed and it was said that my phone would arrive the Monday (20th). NEEDLESS to say my phone never came. After following up with Vodacom i was informed that the phone was never dispatched to my address and was returned to the warehouse (for unknown reasons) . I was approved for the contract and my adress was confirmed. After phoning vodacom 4 times the classic " sir we will phone you back " line was used every time. I have not received ONE phone call or ONE SMS from vodacom regarding the situation. Every time i call them i just get an apology ( apologies dont deliver phones). It has been half a month and i am no closer to getting my phone, neither can vodacom give me any estimation on when my phone will be delivered. Calling yourselfs "SA's best network" is a bit misleading, don't you think ??
