Vodacom sales service is useless!!

Vodacom service is shocking!! From retentions making offers & then never phoning you back!! To their online sales call centre, I was on hold 3 times for over 20min!! To leaving messages online , no one returning a call!! After being a customer for over 20 years; you sure know how to chase people away!!
