VODACOM SALES PERSON DIDN'T DISCLOSE MOBILE CARE FACILITY, SO I DIDN'T REGISTER IN TIME

Hi there I have written my review in October 2017 and still await Vodacom to ring me as promised.

I purchased a Samsung S8 from Vodacom at Weskus Mall. The representative didn't disclose that the ADH Premium facility isn't available on the S8 and that I had to register within 2 months of purchase on Mobile Care. I had ADH Premium app loaded on my Note4 which I transferred across to the new phone.

When I dropped my phone, I called Vodacom just to find out that I had to register for Mobile Care, which I was not advised of by the sales lady....... and that I had missed this registration by 5 days! I am now stuck with a broken screen, which is going to cost money out of my pocket which i don't have. I am NOT a happy customer currently as Vodacom has still not called me. And Mobile Care keeps telling me I didn't register in time.

This should have been disclosed to me according to the Consumer Protection Act.
