Vodacom sales lies

Based on the sales person information supp**** to me, I opted to take out a fibre contract with Vodacom. The sales person told me that 1 LIE 1, I will get a SIM with 40G of data to use as LTE every month. 2 LIE 2, If I need to cancel with a 12 month period, I will only pay the router cost, not for the installation. 3 LIE 3, I will get SIM cards, one for the 40G LTE, and the other is for the VOIP. I received the 40G SIM, but was informed by another Vodacom personnel, that the VOIP is a software configuration, as a result I had to by telephone handsets. 4 The fibre installer, did not install the fibre in conduits, in my lawn the fibre is ±300mm below ground. In my ceiling, no conduits. Still waiting for someone from Vodacom to contact me regarding this shody work.
