Vodacom Sales leave much to expectation!

On 26.2.2025 I got a call from a lady at Vodacom Sales wanted to sell me a 3 year contract with phone. I am on month to month basis with Vodacom, hardware is my own and as such I was not interested in her offer and also the phone on offer is a cheap samsung model. I was really not interested but she persisted with this offer. The next day, 27.2.2025 I contacted Vodacom cancellations on *** and spoke Lindie. I explained my issue with her and request a immediate stop to this offer. Lindie said she will cancel the offer and will contact me within 14 days to confirm. Up to yesterday 18.3.2025 I heard nothing from Vodacom so I phoned again cancellations. This time speaking to Bolani. She confirm my cancellation request on their system but said there is no feedback. Since my first call Vodacom tried twice now to deliver hardware via courier service to me but not interested I refused delivery. Clearly Vodacom Sales team shows lack of interest in client's request.
