Vodacom Sales *****

I received an unsoliccited phone call from Vodacom sales person offering me a free upgrade on my data package at no additional cost. Ive been strugglong for the last 6 months to cancel this ****************. *****acom have been debitting my account for an additional contract. I spent hours with the useless call centre explaining and asking them to make a case of ******* against the sales person involved but same pattern.... the call centre agent advise they will get back to me within 14 days and nothing happens accept for the debit order. Is this not theft. I have given up trying to stop this as itit leads to nothing but frustration. I can only wish them bad karma for the future.... so I hope this company and all its ****** goes to hell. I do however want to leave everyone else with advise...if one of the **** sales people call you be aware of their lying cheating corporate ways of *****ing tour money and tell them where to jump.

Reviewer Update
Band if *****s. calls me to review the recording and tell me the person clearly stated its a new contract. review done by one of their own and I neefd to go to one of the nearest useless call centres tp listen to the recording. Ironically the useless bunch who after spending an hour with them after the first debit order guaranteed me that everything is sorted and no further debit orders will take place. seems like changing bank accounts is the only wst to stop *****acom *****s.
