Vodacom sales disappoints again

My contract is expiring soon. I have asked on mail more than once to cancel it as soon as it is possible without being held liable for penalties/ letting the contract expire without upgrade.

This morning I received a call wrt the upgrade which I politely declined, and the agent again kept pushing while completely disregarding my many polite, then logical, then firm, requests to stop pushing and please just let my contract run out without upgrade. I eventually cancelled the call after repeating to him that I am at work and am not going to argue about something which is my choice, and my decision being made.

I previously left a review about a pushy agent after being ****** and my phone being ******, and received telephonic feedback from two very nice representatives, but despite this, the agents calling haven't changed. I again am worked up at work by being forced by a pushy and disrespectful agent.

I am definitely not on board with the Vodacom sales culture (strangely always a pushy guy not taking no for an answer, which is an unfortunately accurate representation of how women are treated in SA).

(None of the female agents calling have ever left this bad taste after a call)
