Vodacom sales assistant *****

A vodacom sales assistant called me to tell me that I am paying out of contract rates on two of my vodacom contracts and that she can renew the contracts again for me, assuring me that everything stays the same, but I'm also getting a free tablet with each renewed contract. I was a bit skeptical and said that I actually don't want a tablet, to which she responsed 'why not?' It is free! So I renewed both, got two tablets, only to find out that she downgraded my contract from 40gig data to 7.5gig data per month, after assuring me that nothing will change. This call was recorded as it should be and she happily assured me. I unfortunately sold the tablets already (as I didn't need them in the first place, so I cannot cancel the contracts now as I'll have to give the tablets back, which I don't have anymore). I now have to spend more money to get my contracts upgraded again so that I can have the original 40gigs on my contracts which I thought I was getting. What a *****ster lady!!
