Vodacom sales and *****ulent contracts

I have WhatsApp communication between myself; my husband and a Vodacom door-to-door salesman (Teekay) and then also the contract set-up by Vodacom which I consider to be *****ulent as it was clearly not what I agreed to. 1. I agreed to a Vodacom Vumatel 200/200Mbps Uncapped Fibre month-to-month contract at R799 package which was sold to me by the Vodacom door-to-door salesman (Teekay). This was all done via verbal, telephonic and WhatsApp communication. 2. Vodacom set-up a contract: A Vodacom Vumatel 200/200Mbps Uncapped Fibre: 24 month contract with a 4 month discount (R799 for 4 months & thereafter R1099). 3. When I received the contract, I asked the salesman to advise (via WhatsApp) but he no longer communicated with us. 4. I paid R799 monthly and then after 4 months, Vodacom just took extra money out of my account. 5. I initially reversed the extra deductions & emailed and telephoned Vodacom with my complaint. 6. Vodacom came back to me that I had signed the 24-month contract. I dispute this!! They *******ly and *****ulently used my signature which I was asked to provide for the month-to-month contract to be set up. 7. Eventually as it remained unresolved, I paid the disputed difference to avoid a perceived threat of blacklisting. 8. I dispute this contract with proof of my package request agreed to by the salesman. 9. I have subsequently submitted my complaint to the Ombudsman and have not received any feedback or acknowledgement of submission. 10. The resolution sought is that Vodacom firstly put me on a month-to-month contract and secondly charge R799 per month for the Vodacom Vumatel 200/200Mbps Uncapped Fibre; as this is the package offered by their salesman.
