Vodacom Sales agents are a useless bunch of *****

For over a month I have been trying to secure a new phone contract for a S21 phone. However the person whom I've been dealing with, Jared Stolls has been messing me around since then, making it impossible for me to close the deal. He promises to call me back and never does. I've been calling almost on a daily basis, leaving messages with his colleagues who email him, requesting him to call me, but he never does.. There was a deal on special which I lost because of him. When I last managed to get hold of him, he said that he would ask his manager if they could offer me the deal anyway, since A - he is the reason that the deal was not finalized because he asked me to give him a chance to check for better deals and revert to me within 24 hours, but did not do so, leaving me to chase after him for a week and B - when I scolded him about his lack of efficiency regarding every handling of the proposed sale, he guaranteed me that I would not lose the deal even if new deals had emerged the following week, that deal would still be on the table. I have been waiting THREE weeks for him to call me back since stating that he would speak to his manager to authorize the same deal and get back to me. He STILL has NOT called me and I've been made a fool of for weeks/months, by calling and emailing him to no avail. I spoke to Lucrecia today and again was promised that he would call me back and of course, that is another untruth. Now I risk not having a gift for my daughter's upcoming birthday since the phone was meant to be her birthday gift. I am so annoyed. It's been a nightmare doing business with Vodacom and I now wish to cancel my existing contract which comes to an end soon. So ****ed off.
