Vodacom sales

On the 25th of Jan. 2018 I received a device from vodacom, and I this was sold to me via a call Centre named Rewards Co Telephone number ********** . Before receiving the device I did receive two calls from a person and as I understand the sale was made under the username Amichands. The lady phoned me and explained the deal to me, which I responded by explaining that I do not use the vodacom number and that she needs to speak to my son and he must give permission. Two days later she phoned and said she spoke to my son and he gave permission. I gave her the necessary details and the device was delivered to me. On receiving the device I informed my son who in turn told me that he was never contacted. I contacted the Vodacom after sales call centre and spoke to a very aggressive, rude and unhelpful team leader with the name Thembinkosi Ndlovo. I asked that all the calls that was made to me and my son be sent to me and that the matter must be investigated, and that I feel that this was a *****ulant transaction on the part of the sales person, that she **** to me and I want proof of where she spoke to my son and where did he give permission. Now ten days later I have still not heard anything from Vodacom. This is a 24 month contract that was opened and I did not give my permission for it to be done, and now I am battling to get it cancelled. No Vodacom centre is helping me, and the aftersales call centre is unhelpful.
