I've had the greatest experience of Customer Care ever....The abovementioned Sade Tisson spoke to me regarding my problem and even emailed me.....which other customer care agents say they cannot do ( because the system doesn't allow them to do) ...contacted me back 3 times in order to have my problem with my Vodacom account sorted....My Goodness, I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and committment
