Vodacom sabotage my business .

Vodacom Fibre *******y ported my landline last month to voice over internet. It took numerous emails and phone calls to have it reinstated. The line was inaccesible for more than a month.

I have a Vumatel fibre connection that I want to avtivate with Afrihost, who paid for the connection. Vodacom however also grabbed this and would not "release" the connection so that Afrihost can activate it. Result is that I cannot use Fibre.

I made numerous calls to Vodacom fibre, apparently this must be done by NICS, they can only be contacted by email from the call centre and do not respond on emails from the call centre.

I made the big mistake to port my cellular number to Vodacom earlier this year from Telkom mobile. I found out that if people phone me from a Telkom Mobile number, they get a message " this number do not exist". Clients asume I do not exist. After 2 visits to the Vodacom store and numerous calls, the "backoffice " came back after 3 weeks and reported that Telkom Mobile is to blame as something was not done correctly during the port. They still has not resolved the issue.

If you want similar pathetic service and have your business sabotaged, I suggest Vodacom is the way to go. In comparison Telkom has great service.
