Vodacom SA useless network
I have been trying to upgrade my contract with vodacom from Oct 2021 to no success. Vodacom is useless. After calling them on *** for 2 months to find out when my device was gonna be delivered they finally delivered in Dec 2021 a wrong gadget that their courier RAM couriers took back. Since then I am calling them everyday to find out when I will get my phone. All their consultants are saying is my phone is on its way.... DEC TILL NOW. To make it worse they telling me that the upgrade was concluded and to my horror they are deducting money every month for the contract m not benefitting from. Have tried all channels to raise my plight with Vodacom but no response all I get told when I call is their warehouse is the problem now they can't do nothing. Hey people out there Vodacom care less about you other than your money. Largest coverage with largest problems. M now out of contract officially but still they are deducting money... Pathetic vodacom
