Vodacom SA poor Service

I used Hellopeter to revieal the very poor service Vodacom give after you have been a Customer of thiers from 1988 - 2018 when you come to close the account thier service is slow and pathetic as all they want to do is invoice you for another month and they refuse to understand that you can't get into thier System from outside South Africa. Anyway I did contact Hellopeter and they checked out what I was syaing was true and needless to say Vodacom who claim to be the best in Southern Africa had a little bit of Egg on thier face and have since appologised and closed the account.
