Vodacom SA a stupid organization, no controls at all

Vodacom is processing a monthly debit order on my account without providing any services to me.

I don't have a contract with them, no data or any device.

Been fighting with them to refrain from debiting my account however they even threatened me with blacklisting etc

I am not even on their network

I got nothing for Vodacom in my life whatsoever

I wonder how do they generate an invoice without a job card that has been signed by a client
