VODACOM SA

I had two contracts with Vodacom that i know of, comprising of a cellphone 2011 and Laptop and a mordem 2013.

I upgraded the one of a cellphone 2014 then the contract experied 2016 and never upgraded afterwards.

In december i was debitted an Amount of R600 from vodacom and i ignored it because i did not have funds in my account then, the end of january again there was a strange debit order of R1500 that also did not go through due to insufficient funds but i decided to go to vodacom in marshall town then i was told that i upgraded an account in 07/11/2016 thats the reason for my debit order. as shocked as i was i told them that i do not know anything about that and asked the person who was helping me to make a print out of that and he adviced me to take it to vodacom in east gate with an avidavit from the police station. I did exactly that on the 29 January 2017 went straight to vodacom with an avidavit since then i never received anything from Vocadom nor communication nor nothing. except for the upleasant from call from call centre agent instructing me to pay. T hen asked him if he didnt get a communication to say that this has been investigated as ***** , and i even told him that they cant be calling me, as when the new phone was bought and upgrated they didnt say a word to me now they can even call me, he said that if i dont pay he will blog my mordem even today my mordem is still blogged.

I want Vodacom to compansate me for all that they have ****** from me because according to then the phone that was bought was an upgrade.

Please help me
