Vodacom ****s you!

So I received a sales pitch to update my contractual commitment to Vodacom.

1) was harassed to upgrade my account 2) after management intervened the phone calls paused 3) I received a new sales pitch by Vodacom that would decrease my costs to Vodacom. I signed up. 4) Costs went up. 5) I started complaining to Vodacom yesterday 6) the following day nothing has happened 7) I have to now call the provided call centre, that was offline yesterday.
