Vodacom's wifi routers are beyond ****!

Ok so if you go look at my profile on this site you will see how many times I have complained about this stupid wifi router I have on contract. Its been in for repairs, replaced as reported before. I never heard back from Vodacom like they commented they would so yesterday I sc***** the courage together to face that horrible branch at southdale to send it in for repairs seeing as the call centre/managers wont contact me to sort it out. A gentleman by the name of Vusi helped me and I was quite surprised that he was very polite and very helpful. Vusi showed me on the system that this device is out of warranty.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. 2 year contract, its just reached a year, its been in for repairs, returned and broken again for a while and NOW THEY SAY I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. I have had endless device and billing and overall customer service headaches with Vodacom. I have had enough. Now im stuck with 3 contracts with the most useless service provider ever until I can cancel them, which I will. Your routers are the biggest pieces of **** ever and I will do the necessary to take this further if I have to.
