Vodacom *****s Vodabucks continuously

This is the second time I use 150 Vodabucks for a voucher that does not work and then they send you a new voucher code that also doesn’t work… First it was a Debonairs voucher I purchased with Vodabucks now it was a Uber eats Voucher I purchased with Vodabucks I received a replacement code that does not work I wish you guys would just return my Vodabucks it’s a useless service you’re providing.
