Vodacom's Very BAD customer service

My husband cancelled two Tablet contracts at the beginning of December and one cellphone contract at the end of December by phoning their call centre. He wanted to cancel it at a Vodacom branch and he was told he can only do it through the call centre. It is middle February and he still gets charged for the two tablets, and when he called the call centre to find out what was going on, he was told that he cancelled the tablets' contracts early December and re-instated it again at the end of December... well that is NOT true! When you make a call centre an automated voice system tells you that calls get recorded, please listen to that calls... three contracts were cancelled and not a single one was re-instated in the meantime. Meanwhile he gets daily calls from Vodacom asking him when he is going to pay his account which is in arrears, and we also know if he does not pay it his main account will be cut off and he will be blacklisted. This is so frustrating, we cannot wait for his main account to expire so that his last two accounts can also get cancelled. Vodacom need to sort out their issues at the accounts department asap, as this is unaccepted!!!
