Vodacom's Useless Response to ********** Cellphone Contracts

This is the second time this happans to me. On 5 November 2016, I receive a call from a Vodacom call centre agent asking me to confirm my online application for an upgrade. I told the agent categorically that I never requested an upgrade. In fact, I want to cancel because I LOATHE Vodacom's generally ******* service. I told the guy someone is posing as me and its a ********** request. He tells me he has "noted" that I did not request an upgrade and advises me to cancel my contract. I cancelled my contract on the same day at the Vodafone store in Claremont, Cape Town. I have a copy of the cancellation form to proove it.

Today, to my shock and disbelief, I find out that Vodacom approved the ********** upgrade. They have debited my account with R1368.52 for a iPhone7! The call centre agents at the many departments can't help. They all give me conflicting information. One agent from the online upgrades department tells me to email their admin team (Admin? Really?). The other tells me to email the "*****" department. Which one is it?

How shocking. Just wow. This seems to me an inside job. If this is the case, this clearly shows Vodacom is either completely incompetant to deal with ***** in their own organisation, or their online application verification systems are shockingly *******, or Vodacom does'nt care - or a combination of all three.
