Vodacom's service is shocking

Vodacom, your support is USELESS. I cannot stress that enough. All I want to do is have an SMS sent to each of the cellphones I own when they are about to run out of data. So line/cellphone should get the message related to that particular number. Easy, right? Apparently not. Six calls to the call centre over a few months, plus 2 store visits, and it is still not working. The messages go to any of the numbers I own except the one it should go to. So I call again today, and am told to send a specific SMS to 123. I do. The response is "the 123 service is no longer available". Today I am told that that particular service is broken - they literally cannot do this! Lovely. How difficult is this to get right? Absolutely pathetic. In the meantime, I am charged out-of-bundle data rates when the bundles run out and I am not informed, and therefore not able to buy additional bundles.

That I understand but how is it possible that you are able to actually send SMS notifications, but not to the same number that is running out of data bundle? That makes no sense. So you can send an SMS, you just can't send it to the correct number.

This IS inconvenient.
