Vodacom`s policy is assisting ********* !!

After i laid ******** charges against 4 policemen in Bloemhof,North West Province,i received a death threat from a person using cell phone ( ***)

I reported the matter to police and got a Case docket number.I also asked VODACOM to assist me as i KNEW the police would quash the complaint (as it definitely was a policeman who threatened me)

Vodacom`s legal team wrote me and said they can only assist me once they received a court order compelling them to do so.Although i provided them with the Case docket`s number and explained it was a policeman`s phone.

A court order was obtained and guess what ??

Vodacom rep**** that since the cell phone number is inoperative ( I know from since mid November 2014), they are unable to assist me in any way.

Isn`t this what RICA was designed for ?? To keep a data base of ALL cell phone numbers and particulars of owners ?

NOTE TO *********: Use VODACOM for all your ******** activities and once done, simply throw away the simcard..and voila...you are in the clear to use your next simcard.Vodacom is unwilling/unable to trace you in any way.

Another ******** gets away because of VODACOM`s policy !!
