Vodacom's Pathetic Service

<p>My Vodacom Kicka smart phone did the exact same thing. And it could not be fixed. On the 3rd of March my Vodacom Power Tab 10 did an update through the night. The next <br />morning I entered my GMAIL account details and password, and the Tablet said: Login with the previous owners details to continue. I am the owner so who are the Tablet talking <br />about now? So I went and booked the Tablet in on the 4th of March. Tablet is not even 6 monhs old. I booked it in The BAYWEST Data Store opposite Checkers. Kyle Brown <br />took out my Sim Card and SD Card. Even though he damaged the sim card.</p> <p>So the Tablet has been booked in since the 4th of March.<br />On Friday I got a call from Gretschen that works at the repair centre in Greenaces. She told me that my tablet is ready for Collection. And the cost is R250 for the repairs the <br />Technician has done on the tablet.<br />I asked Gretschen is the Tablet working? She said "YES" according to what the Technician told her.<br />I told Gretschen that I dont think it is fair to pay for a device thats still under warranty. Because it was not broken by me. It was broken due to a software update it did. And <br />Vodacom has never told a customer that they must never update their software on any device they sell. <br />Gretchen then told me that I mustn't shout at her.<br />I said: "I'm not shouting at you. I am telling you."<br />Gretschen the rep**** that she is only the messenger.<br />I then said: "Don't send the Tablet to the DATAStore, because I will pick it up in Greenacres by the repair Shop, so that a Technician could test the Tablet in front of me."</p> <p>I asked Gretchen if I could maybe speak to the Technician.<br />Gretschen said no because he is extremely busy.<br />I told her to give the following message to the Technician: "If the Tablet does not work, I am not going to pay!"<br />I also told Gretcshen that I will pick up the Tablet on Saturday, the 11th of March.<br />SUNDAY - The 12th of March I went to the Vodacom Shop in Greenacres to pick up my Tablet at 09:10.<br />A white lady approached me and I said I am here to pick up my Tablet. So I gave her the Job Card. She took the Job Card and dissappeared in the back of the store.<br />She came out +/- 5 minutes later and told me the system shows the Tablet is at PUP. (PICK-UP-POINT) The DataStore in BayWest.<br />Then a Black Lady with the name Lenomovo came to me. The white girl went to fetch her.</p> <p>I explained the whole story to Lenomovo.<br />Lenomovo went to the back again and I waited for another 15 minutes.<br />Lenomovo came to the front. She said that she spoke to Gretschen on Whatsapp. And Gretschen said: "She was off on Sunday. And that she forgot to take the Tablet out of the <br />Technicain's safety locker and only he has the keys. And he was off on Sundays.<br />I told Lenomovo: "That's not acceptable because the arrangement was made for the Tablet to be collected by me on 11th of March. Which would have been the Saturday.</p> <p>I then asked for ROBERT DU PREEZ number because he is the owner of the store.<br />An Indian Guy came up to me to say sorry about everything. And he gave me HEAD OFFICE's number : ********** .</p> <p>On Monday, 13th of March, I phoned ********** at 16:40.<br />Sandy picked up. I gave her the Job No. And asked her too see if my Tablet is there.<br />She told me that she will phone me back in 5minutes.<br />16:55 I phoned Vodacom back because they were closing at 17:00. Sandy answered the phone.<br />And I asked here is my Tablet there.<br />Sandy said the technician is still busy with it. <br />Sandy never phone back. I had to phone here.<br />AT THE MOMENT it is the 14th of MARCH 2017. 19:00.<br />Still no feedback. Tablet has been in for 7 working days so far.</p> <p>OF EVERYBODY WORKING THERE. NO ONE WANTS TO GIVE ME THE TECHNICIAN'S NAME.</p> <p>THAT IS WHY EVERYBODY COMPLAINS ABOUT A VODACOM STORE OWNED BY ROBERT DU PREEZ,,,,,,,,</p> <p>AND THAT IS WHERE IT ENDS.........<br />BECAUSE VODACOM'S SERVICE IS ****/****</p>

Greenacres Repairs centre has had my Tablet now for 14 freaking days and no one calls me back. I must pay for a tablet every month and they cant even fix their own product. Daniel is the Manager and he is just as useless as Kyle Brown, Chavonne Claasen and Bruce Chetty from the Vodacom DataStore in Baywest. If Robert Du Preez own a Vodacom..... Dont ever take your contract out there or book in something for repairs. Vodacom is useless and so are all the employees. They wont help you unless they can make money from it....

Gideon Hugo is just as useless........ All Vodacom employees are useless and I am pretty sure someone who can not speak English or Afrikaans will help you better then these people I just mentioned can.....

Get a FAT salary for doing F ALL..............................................................................

Its Saturday the 25th of March 2017. I saw Daniel a week ago today and he said he will call me Tuesday or Wednesday to pick up my TABLET. HE NEVER PHONED BACK. I phoned the store now on ********** 548 and Daniel is now off the weekend. I am telling the lady of the phone what is going and then she tells me I must not be rude to her or shout at her because all the customers that comes into the REPAIRS CENTRE are always rude to them and screams on them.

When I took out the contract for the tablet at the DataStore in Baywest Chavonne Claassen inserted my sim card to switch it on in store to see that its not and OBF and that it works correctly. Thats fine. Then when I booked it in at the DataStore Baywest Kyle Brown took out the SIM CARD and then booked it in. Just tablet. No box or any accessories....

Now Daniel, the Manager from Vodacom Repairs in Greenacres tells me that the SIM TRAY IS DAMAGED!

Still waiting for DANIEL to phone me back....

VODACOM is pathetic......
