Vodacom's online BAD customer service

<p>Please guys NEVER EVER use the online ordering with vodacom, i did an online order through vodacom going on 4 weeks now and STILL NOTHING IS DONE.</p> <p>they keep giving me excuses and like i said it has been going on for 4 weeks now, and when i want to cancel it now ITS GOING TO TAKE ANOTHER WEE****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>they never get back to you or even dp what yu ask them to do. when you ask to speak to one on the Managers(team leaders) they dont want to talk to you.</p> <p>they have really been pathetic.</p> <p>really bad service and your order will never be processed or will only be done in their own time when they are good and ready, they never have stock and they dont even tell you about that and they make changes as they please.</p> <p> </p> <p>IF I CAN GIVE YOU SOME ADVICE RATHER GO IN THE STORE THEY ARE ALOT FASTER AND FRIENDLIER , THE STAFF WITH THE ONLINE ORDERING ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFULL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
