Vodacom's lack of service and lack of working systems.

I have been having an issue with Vodacom that has not been attempted to be resolved. In last month, I assumed that my data should've been depleted but I didnt receive a notification. I then attempted to purchase data using the *111# which kept on coming back with a technical error. I then try to use the vodacom app, which bombs out with technical errors and tells me to use *111#. This was happening all weekend. I then checked my account online on the Monday and I see a ridiculous bill. I posted on vodacom's facebook page on 11/ 04 and someone responds that I must send an email and gives me an email address. Someone makes contact and tells me that my call has been escalated and it will take 2 to 3 days. I received an sms on 15/ 4 stating that my query has been escalated. On the 29/04 , I receive an sms saying that my call has been closed. Nothing has been done. No one had made contact.

In last week, I posted on Vodacom's facebook page again, because now I have seen my statement and there is a R443 data charge for that period I was querying about. No response.

I visited a cellucity store on 12/5 and they said they saw my query on the system and apparently someone tried to call me the afternoon. (no voicemail) He leaves a note on the system for someoone to make contact the next day. I still havent heard anything. If anyone called, no one left a voicemail. I even left my office number. I then again sent an email on the 16 /05 for someone to contact me, but nothing.

So I now basically am stuck with this data charge because vodacom's systems do not work.

I am due for an upgrade, but I'm seriously considering changing networks right now. I have been with vodacom since 2002. I am seriously disappointed in this service.

I've seen this as the standard response for all the complaints - and I've noticed that there are many. Is someone actually going to make contact? Its been 2 days already.
