Vodacom has not contacted regarding the matter of an unauthorized package that was taken out. A data card of 2G paying an amount of 149 a month. Consultant phones giving a new deal new contract of paying now R99 per month 2G. Unacceptable. Need to investigate the no. *** in question used for an entire contract period. Vodacom capturing n adding new contracts without client confirmation of email or signature.
