Vodacom's false promises

Having not been contacted by Vodacom to upgrade my contract three months after its due renewal, I went into one of the shops (Fourways Mall branch) to find out about similar deals to what I am currently on (Talk 120). I was informed that Vodacom no longer offers anything similar and was shown the current deals for the iPhone 6. Not one deal was close to what I am on - the Vodacom data deals are non-competitive to say the least. I questioned the employee about why the deals were so different to previous offerings and she actually quietly said to me rather go to MTN because they have far better offerings. So after seeing what MTN had on offer and taking it up with Vodacom's deal matching department through various channels, Vodacom disappointingly denied they couldn't match MTN because they claim they offer other benefits like Top Dog Vouchers which does not benefit me one bit. So why Vodacom are your deals so terribly outweighed by your competitor in both price and offering and yet you show absolutely no care whether customers of 14 years move over to your biggest competitior? Deal matching is a false promise with Vodacom so it looks like I'm moving to a network that offers the best
