Vodacom's DOESN'T Care Centre
I had a cell phone contract that expired a while ago.

At the time I didn't want to enter into another contract as this was a second contract and I was waiting for an attractive contract option.

I explained my requirements to the service consultant and signed up for what I though was a temporary option that would allow me to make changes when I wanted to.

Three weeks ago I found a suitable contract package - also with Vodacom - just to be told that I am unable to transfer my current \contract\" to take advantage of this new offer.

Apparently my contract was \"upgraded\" instead of \"migrated\". I wonder how many clients know the difference between these two words?

I explained my requirements to the consultant and believe he was giving me the option based on my requirements.

I feel misled by the consultant but even more disappointed that Vodacom couldn't bother to provide feedback 3 weeks later.

Can't wait for the time being held hostage by Vodacom to pass. On both my contracts.

I am sure Vodacom will also be glad to be rid of me. Who needs a (formerly) loyal client that for 20 years have always paid on time?

Looking forward to your automated response."
