Vodacom's Data thieving tendencies and shoddy customer service

I called vodacom on 05 August to query why there was no data on my account. which I was told would be investigated so they can check where the data went. I was told someone would ring me back which didn’t happen. I was then advised that I was billed correctly. I would like proof of this because I didn’t try to use it until the weekend where I saw its depleted. I was then told there is a complementary data of 1 G which mind you shows I don’t have any data on the device. i am paying for a service. I only have my phone, tablet and laptop linked to this data. I wasn’t using it so who was and if there is a security breach how is that fixed. I cannot pay for something that I am not getting. and calling the call centre today speaking to Azipheli with awkward silence and not very helpful it took 11 minutes into the call to only be told the system is offline as it was when I logged the call. How do u promote Teamleaders who cannot have the courtesy of customer service and offering a customer a callback? I cannot complain about data every time with vodacom can you get to the root cause of this issue. because I am starting to think it’s being hacked or you’re not loading my data. because I am using your passkey that you gave me to log on. you didn’t give me any further instructions around that. so please don’t **** me off with generic smses when your taking my money from my account every month. I want you to check the IP addresses that have been logging in because I have not been using data. Instead you will see the increased activity of data purchases on my cellphone since my second line is useless. and now i am told i need to go to a vodocom shop? i got my purchases online, why can you not extend the same courtesy when there is an issue. Why do I have to go out of my way but you get your money in time? Please do tell if you have too many customers and confirm options on leaving this contract and whom in CPA i can escalate this to if you are not willing to help.

Reviewer Update

I received a call from a consultant who confirmed I would be credited with data which it seems has been done.she also suggested I change the password on the router. i have tried to do that withthe link she sent which isnt working. i am registered online so i tried there but with no joy. i called your call centre and well that just got me naar and back to square one. spoke to your *********** Kelebogile who doesnt know what an escalation is on a call who also doesnt know the managers names in her department than a query can be escalated to. eventually i managed to get the phone handed over to Harold Thompson who was TL who promised me a callback in 10mins as he wasnt sure how I can do this change. this was on Tuesday. to date no one has gotten back to me, the data is going to expire, how the hell do i change this password so that all devices linked to the router are not able to login toit without being reregistered with the new password because there is a hack going on here and I cannot afford to have this conversation everytime. i am trying to follow your instructions but I need you to meet me half way and tell me how I got about it?
