Vodacom's customer service is scary

Once again I am faced with incompetence from Vodacom. I have requested a NEW debt order to be placed on my account 5 times and still nothing. 08:52 14/09/16 I called to find out why my network is off and the consultant advised me that there is nothing wrong and I need to wait 10 min. She could not provide me with a reference, according to her Vodacom does not provide call references. Her name is Lee. I phoned again at 10:58 where the consultant said they do have references available which is interesting. She advised me that my line had been hard locked..She transferred me to Collections where I spoke to Malibogo Makedi who gave me the worst customer service I have experienced so far with all my bad customer service experiences with vodacom. She advised me that my debit order was unpaid, when I did not get ANY notification hereof from the bank and also no unpaid charge went off my account. She continued to advise me that I will need to wait until the 20th to be debited again unless I make an EFT. On the call I continued to process the EFT, however was told I need to wait another hour. asked her for a reference and again was given the story that they do not have references for their calls. I spoke to her Team Leader Vuyo Jack who confirmed that statement "Vodacom's collection department does not provide call references" and also confirmed that I was given the incorrect information by the previous two consultants. Once again though I received questionable customer service from her as she was uninterested, called me by the incorrect name and refused to transfer me to her manager. (This is the same service I received from Vodacom a few months ago) Vuyo Jack the "Team Leader" refused to understand my situation and refused to assist me, she gave me attitude and she was so uninterested in listening to what I have to say. The worst is...I am not surprised by this level of service as it is what Vodacom is known for.

Lastly to top it all off, the only notification I received from Vodacom was on the 13th to inform me that i need to call them to confirm my debit order details (nothing about me line being placed on hold) also I have a screen shot of your "MyVodacom" taken today 14/09/16 which shows I am NOT in arrears...

My total inconvenience:

1. Total time spent on phone (Unproductive time) - 44 minutes

2. Total time spent without signal (Not able to fulfil my duties - unproductive time) - 195 minutes

3. Total time trying to get vodacom to set up a NEW debit order on my account - 100 minutes

Total time owed to me by Vodacom - 339 minutes.
