Vodacom's Customer Care Service

I called Vodacom on the 12 August 2016 to log as I was being charged out of bundle rates on my account. I spoke to a lady named Mandy Mkoko she said that Vodacom does not have any reference numbers, but she told me that she would call me back in 48 hours to provide feedback. I have not received any feedback. So I phoned Vodacom again on the 10 August, the man I spoke would not give me his name, but did give me a reference number (ref# ********** 9) and that he would provide me with feedback within 48 hours, no feedback as yet. I phone Vodacom again this morning (23 August 2016) and when I was put through to the solutions department, after I demanded to speak to a manager, the woman I spoke to just hung up. This is unacceptable, I have been a Vodacom for almost 12 years and since I have been on the latest contract I have been experiencing more issues than I have ever experience before. I hate being a Vodacom subscriber, this will be my last contract. Thank you Vodacom. you have driven a loyal customer away with your poor service and the inability to resolve even the simplest of queries.

Vodacom has sent me an SMS to ask if my query has been resolved. Is that supposed to be a response to my complaints? Vodacom doesn't even have the decency to make a phone call to someone who has never missed a single payment in well over a decade?I will be asking my bank to block all debit orders from Vodacom until my query has been resloved. Maybe that way I will actually get a someone from this pathetic company to give me a PHONE CALL.
