I noticed one day that my cell phone bill was creeping higher and higher and I wasn't sure as to why or how this was happening? I went into the nearest Vodacom store and the lady behind the counter tells me its a \content services"something I have apparently unknowingly signed up for?! a charge of R70 per day is deducted off my account!! I am furious!! Who the hell are these people ?? Vodacom cant give me any answers as they are not sure themselves? Who takes responsibility here?!? Am I the only person with this issue? I just don't know what to do? I don't even have an exact total figure of how much money has actually been deducted and for how long its been going on for? Extremely frustrating!! """
