Vodacom's catch to make loyal customers pay more

I went in with my mother who is on pension to get her new phone as her upgrade was due. Once we paid the R150 they asked for more money to do a sim swop as the new phone takes a smaller sim card then the old sim card and they do not cut them. How can vodacom charge for this as all new phones are going to nano sim's and on all your brochure's vodacom specifies on every page \ONCE OFF SIM AND CONNECTION"";5;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;894582;688384;13;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/09/11 8:31;15/09/11 6:42;poor service and lies;;Riax;***;I bought a car at mccarthy vw parow sales person was Riax he told me that the car comes with a service plan and now i took my car in for my first service i was told to pay and he is denying that he told me that whereas he did im not stupid,he got comm through my sale now this and that was in dec 2014...and he also has a bad attitude has absolutely no manners or customer service what so ever.;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;813489;1004;13;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/09/11 8:47;15/09/11 6:53;Poor service;;;***;So I have taken my car there for about three services and every time I'm not satisfied with the service.

Firstly I have told them to change my lights and fix my door, they didn't change the lights nor did they fix the door, as they said there was nothing wrong with the door, so i go back and then I have to pay for the new light bulbs and the time they've worked on it. Surely I should not have to pay when i complained to the service manager.

Then they told me they would phone when they have the door part (after i complained again and they said they would fix it) that wasn't in stock. So I phoned yesterday and they still didn't phone back.

I want to be a happy customer with Renault, but always getting bad service makes me think of moving to another brand.

Thanks

Byron;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;894587;294;13;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/09/06 2:28;15/09/11 6:54;Kia 1.2 Picanto;;Delear Principal;;This is now the third incident which I have experience with Kia Mokopane. During all the incidents feedback given was clearly just a matter of getting rid of me as the customer and to give excesses for not be able to perform the service or correct the default indicated to the service centre. During the first incident the colour on my vehicle started to fade into a yellowish colour. I took the car to the dealer as it was still new and under warranty, the dealer principal referred the matter to KIA SA but the response received was nothing other than an excuse. Even the dealer principal didn't took the matter further. During the second incident the vehicle went to the dealer for its 60 000km service. It was explained to them that we are experiencing a default on the right hand door lock, the door keeps on opening and locking by itself and this caused the electronic window not to close when in an open position. The feedback received was that they had temporarily tried to fix it and that we must also bring it back if it happens again. They even went on to say that it was us whom had caused the default. This type of feedback was again provided when I complained about the fuel gage defaul ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;894588;748542;14;2;0;0;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/09/11 8:18;15/09/11 6:55;Rude trainee manager;;Sandy Kekana;***;I went to a Shoprite store during lunch on 10/09/2015 to purchase food. I bought my meal and went back to work, however when I was eating, I noticed an offish smell coming from my food. I broke the chicken in half and indeed the chicken was rotten inside.

I then discarded my food in the bin and called the store to inform them. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and suggested that I bring the food to show to the manager.

I took out a minimum amount of the chicken piece and a piece of pap from the bin to show the store manager after work. When I arrived at the store the manger was very rude and insisted that the chicken was not rotten but it was \raw\"" hence the bad smell. She even insisted that there was a huge difference between the two.

I am not only complaining about the rotten chicken that gave me cramps the whole night but I'm complaining about the trainee manager who is very rude to her customers. When I asked if I can take this matter to customer care she said \""go ahead its not like they will do anything about it\"". I am not sure how such a person is being trained to be a manager"
