Good day,<br> <br> I got a Vodafone R209-Z on a top up contract which is basically a mobile hotspot router for ANY device. The device works fine on all my devices except my Playstation 4 which I use for streaming, browsing and gaming.<br> <br> I spoke to 3 different consultants in the last and none of them knew what to do - one asking me if my Playstation is a \Samsung make".<br> <br> I walked into the Nicolway branch with my Playstation and router 2 days ago so they can assist me but they were unfortunately not able to which is understandable - if you do not have the device you wouldn't know how it works. I need someone from Vodacom who knows about these things \""specialist/technician/Einstein\"" to call me and take me step by step on how to set up this router to use on my Playstation 4 (Basically setting up my IP address/ports/).
