Vodacom ****s and ****mers!

I went against my better judgment by renewing my contract with Vodacom. Well, after calling to cancel the contract, I was convinced to keep it going, by being offered some wonderful incentives which I am now being charged for. My contract ought to have included a certain amount of airtime and data for all all inclusive price of R 220.00. I noted that I was being charged over R 100.00 more and upon calling I was advised that I am being charged for the data, which was promised to be freely included in my package, of which calls are recorded. I've called several times, to no avail. Staff promise call backs which never happen. They have promised to escalate the matter and yet again, I am no further advanced. My recent call Ref No RCO488400 has simply been ignored. The staff lack empathy and simply lie to consumers. This is a breach of The NCC Act which calls for absolute disclosure. They beguile consumers. They ought not to be allowed to simply debit our accounts for things that were never discussed with us and of which we were not aware of, nor did we agree to. Vodacom is ************! They ought to cancel my contract since I did not agree to pay the current fees being charged to me, or honor the agreement I entered into, or I will lodge a formal complaint with The NCC. So annoyed! This is nothing short of a ****.
