Vodacom ****s

So on the Vodacom network, you get rewards when you recharge, I recharged today,and won 12 months prime video subscription with data, an SMS was sent with a link and you supposed to click the link and it will activate on the Voda pay app. But when you log in there's no reward,you speak to customer care it's like you speaking in tongues, agents have no idea how to help, they don't know their jobs, I mean Vodacom is a billion dollar company, fix technical issues or stop lying to clients that they won something because when you ask the agent they don't even seem to know what promotions are currently happening.

Really upset at the Vodacom service from rewards programs to customer service, ****s and *******.
