Vodacom Rustenburg Repair Centre

Vodacom in Rustenburg Repair Centre is the worst pre order and communication services possible. Requested to pre order a phone on the date of preorder the 11th expecting delivery on the 18th, communicated with the agents continuously throughout the week confirming my preorder. Upon arrival in store I am told that the phone is unavailable and that my order wasn’t processed. The agents have not communicated unless initiated by me. The process is till pending even with numerous follow ups and no resolution
