Vodacom- run a business by robbing customers

I recently contacted Vodacom to cancel my debit order as I had reached the end of my contract with them. Upon doing so, I was offered a R109 deal with 150 minutes and 2 Gigs of data. As it was quite a good deal I made sure that this will mean only debiting my account for the full value of R109 before signing up and after my old contract was cancelled . The consultant confirmed that this was correct. Shortly after I signed up for the new package I received a message notifying me of the new package that I was signed up for. The package did not sound like the one that I was offered therefore I called Vodacom MANY times in order to get hold of the call center agent that signed me up for the package (since no one else was able to help me). Eventually I did. He told me that it was an error that will be corrected, I would receive prorata data and minutes will kick in on the 1st of the new month. On the first debit order date I received a message telling me that my account was debited for R211 which was not what I agreed to. I called Vodacom again. I spoke to 3 different people and eventually my call was cut off before the problem was resolved. I only agreed to a package of R109 and my account was debited for R211. This constitutes to nothing else but *****. I am sick and tired of Vodacom's pathetic service and long hours spent trying to correct the problem only to find that I'm getting nowhere!!!
