Vodacom ruining my niece's future with *****ulent activities

I don't know what to do anymore Vodacom has a **** account in my mother's name and for the past year we have been trying to get them to remove this as it's affecting her ITC profile. We have sent them her ID, specimen signatures and a affidavit but they just don't care.

She has never done business with Vodacom, and surely will never do business with them ever after this experience.

Vodacom has never bothered to contact her back and we don't think they even have a investigation department.

Any ideas? Open a case of ***** against Vodacom? As to me it seems as though they are just trying to ruin her and not help out. She urgently needs this removed from her profile or a letter from Vodacom explaining that she never took this contract because she can't apply for my niece's loan and she needs to urgently access funds for her to complete her course.

Contacted them today via email and we were given the same form and instructions and notified that we will receive outcome of the investigation in 5 days. This is uncalled for especially from a service provider she never used.
